why can't you negotiate on room prices like everyone else!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/31/07
we stayed in this great b&b the night we were married in brown cty right after it opened over 10 years ago. we have tried to come back SEVERAL times, but have been told they would rather have rooms sit empty than come down on the price!! it just really bugs me! everyone else in brown cty will make some kind of deal for you, but not cornerstone. i understand this in the fall, but in march and april, give me a break!! i'm not asking for a $50 room, that is not fair, but just take 10% off or something to show you value a repeat guest!

Keep going back!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/19/06
Loved everything, the place is so peaceful and quite. Pam is a great host, and Judy keeps the rooms spotless. Just love going there, we try to make three trips in the winter. Breakfast is top of the line, and the treats are out of this world. Best coffee around. Hope to see you again in a few weeks. Carol Lewis

Dissapointment
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/06/06
Cornerstone Inn, In Nashville Indiana.. Each year My sister and I take a couple of days each year for a sister trip, this year we decided to take our Mother. We had stayed at Cornerstone 3or4 times and Loved it.. However this year was so different, It was the most awful experience, Martha the front desk check in woman was truly a Unhappy person, this place is the most UNFRIENDLY place I had ever stayed in. Our Rm was NOT ready and after driving 4 1/2 hours we had to use the restroom and was denied, Not the Cleanest place notice it had gone down hill. Asked to speak to owner and guess what ... It was Martha's daughter in law... go figure . Now we then knew Why Martha had a job there........Pam the owner was the Rudest ever... for $400 plus dollars just for 2 nites it is NOT worth it... If you truly want a Beautiful place to stay for MUCH MUCH less and so much Better down the road is a NEW Hidden Valley Inn.... Top notch 5 stars all the way.. Even had a sm kitchen... this place is Beautiful.. and so comfortable... CLEAN... and best of all ... Friendly... and No Martha. I encourage you NOT to stay there (Cornerstone Inn) You will be most disappointed

Perfect for honeymoon or anniversary!
By J, 09/26/06
My husband & I married in Brown County 2 years ago & had the good fortune to stay at the Cornerstone Inn in room #15 -- Great_Great Grandparents Elizabeth and Lewis. It is the "tower" room, complete with jacuzzi, king bed, massaging recliners, & additional beds in an alcove. The owners knew we were getting married & made a point of having congratulations signs, taking pictures of us, & giving us advice regarding restaurant options -- even their favorite dishes! Breakfasts, snacks, & desserts were all great. There is a journal in the room where you can read of others' experiences, which we really enjoyed. You can even read our entry from 3/3/03. We'd planned to go back on our anniversary, but, sadly, a death in my husband's family prevented us from doing so.

The place is wonderful! The service and food was so good and the rooms are very clean. They make you feel at home and the rocking chairs on the balcony are a nice touch!

Anniversary Heaven
By Bonnie, 07/28/06
We have visited here on or near our anniversary the last two years. We have been in different eooms each time and can't wait to go back! The breakfast is outstanding! The snacks all day long are wonderful. There is nothing better than shoppong on a slow paced cold winters day than to go back to the Inn, grab a tasty snack and head up to your room to gaze into the fire! I would recommend it to everyone!

Best of Both Worlds
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/21/06
If you are looking for the charm of a bed and breakfast with the privacy and modern conveniences of a luxury hotel, this is the place to stay in Nashville, Indiana. The breakfast was wonderful and there were always delicious snacks tempting guests to enjoy a mid-afternoon snack on the second floor porch. The rooms were really clean and very comfortable. There were also charming connections to the proprietors. The service was friendly and the location was perfect. My wife and I really enjoyed our weekend.

We LOVE the Cornerstone Inn Bed & Breakfast. The beds are great, the people who run it are great and the food is exceptional. A beautiful Inn and our first choice in Nashville. Excellent.
