THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED!

I am very disappointed at the customer service this I have received from this hotel. I never checked in and never received a booking confirmation until the next day. When I tried sumitted the resevation thur Hotels.com. It went to a screen that said, "Until able to process this request please try again later". So I was under the impression that it would not go thur and I would'nt be charged for it. I checked my bank the next day and I saw that I was charges for service that I didn't receive. When I tried to received a refund the manager was very rude and disrespectful to me, and would not grant me a refund. Something needs to be done about this rude employee's behavior. This company will lose alot of business if customers continue to receive customer service like that... Thank you for your time, Jawona L.

Stay elsewhere!

When we walked into the room it looked very nice, BUT then I had to kill 3 roaches before we left and the TV screen was just about black. Did I call the front desk? Nope, I couldn't because the phone didn't work either! When my husband checked us out the next morning he mentioned these problems to the man at the desk. Rather than receiving an apology, all he got was a very sarcastic response. This will keep us from visiting this motel again!

The staff was great and I was checked into my room very fast and was overall pleasantly suprised with the value and the great ammenities available. The breakfast was very nice and even came with fresh made waffles. I decided to stay an extra night just to enjoy the jacuzzi suite that I discovered that they had. The manager, Jennifer, was very professional and made sure everything was perfect with my stay. I will definitely be back.

MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME

I LIVE IN THE WASHINGTON DC/MARYLAND AREA AND MY FAMILY LIVES IS BEULAVILLE, NC. I'VE BEEN VISITING THEM FOR YEARS AND EVERY TIME I COME TO VISIT, I STAY AT THE COMFORT INN. THE SERVICE THERE HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT, THE ROOMS WERE ALWAYS CLEAN AND I'VE ENJOY MY VISIT THERE. JUST AS I'VE SAID IN MY TITLE, COMFORT IN HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY "HOME AWAY FROM HOME." KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

This place gave u a down home feeling, very polite and on point nothing i didn't like about staying here and the next time i'm in town i'm going pick this place to saty again, you'll b dumb not to stay here...
