very nice
By bob clark, 11/13/08
We stayed 2 nights at the lodge for the Elvis in Branson contest. The room we had was large and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful in finding restaurants for us at a late hour. We will be staying there again-enjoyed our stay.

Good Hotel
By kaycee, 08/17/08
The hotel has a great location! It was very clean and quiet. The decor and furniture in the rooms was neat! My only complaints are that the jacuzzi was part of the tub/shower (Good for families, but not for romantic getaways), and the lounge and restaurant closed early. We went down at 9:45 and everything was closed! Overall, it was a good hotel. I would stay again.

Excellent Hotel - We enjoyed our stay very much
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/31/08
We booked this hotel because we were invited to my friend's wedding which was held at the hotel. We were impressed from the start when booking from the website finding the wedding discount for our group was already in their system - we never even had to call the front desk and it took just a minute to book. This is a very nice hotel without question, the rooms, pool, restaurants, club were all very nice. Though we didn't go swimming and our main event was the wedding, we could see spending a few days here and having a great time (which we plan to do next year). They are right on 76 next to the Hughes Theater and across from Jim Stafford and there are a ton of shows and fun places that you can easily walk to. We are very much looking forward to coming back and making a vacation out of it. *I should mention that the person helping with the wedding (I think her name was Evon) was extremely helpful and friendly. Won't be back!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/10/07
Has changed dramatically since last year, and not for the better. "Renovations" are cheesy and poorly done. Staff is unfriendly and prices are not competitive. We will not be back.

Sad, just sad!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/28/07
Used to be such a nice place to stay. The service and overall feel of the hotel have changed dramatically for the worse. Will choose a different hotel for my next trip and can honestly say I will not recommend this hotel again.

Will not stay again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/24/07
Reserved the room in March King bed for June. When we got there the room that we received had a queen bed,A/C didn't work very well at all, A very LOUD noise could be heard all the time, Like a large air compressure. The next morning I went down stairs and told the clerk, Which happen to be the young man who I talk to in March, said he did have us in a room with a king bed, He didn't know why our room was changed and he could put us in a room with a king bed for one night, which I said no to, He then said he would have the A/C checked out and the LOUD noise. And would give us a discount, Which he did, Instead of 79.00 we were charged 75.00, Long story short nothing was done about the A/C or the LOUD noise. Would never stay there again.

Service was not what it used to be!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/04/07
The service and overall appearance of the hotel has gone dramatically downhill since last year. The check-in person was untrained and unfriendly. The hotel looks dated and dirty.

I love the location! The location is great for young kids and the hotel environment is wonderful for parents! We got a nice deal for how many people we had!
