We have stayed there in 2002, 2003 and 2011. It is a dated resort, maybe built in the 1960s, but at a great location if you are going to go to Silver Dollar City, as it is on the same peninsula (Indian Point), avoiding the traffic from Branson. Great for watching wildlife from your room. It is a small place. Small restaurants are available on the peninsula. Being away from the high traffic of Branson it is very quiet. Friendly, family run business. There is a barbeque grill outside each room. The swimming pool has a slide. It has cabins that can sleep many, and regular rooms with two bedrooms. For grocery shopping you should go west on Highway 76/265 toward Branson West to avoid the traffic in Branson. It has Wifi, but the signal strength is weak. Being a small place, it has very few amenities, but we did not need the extras that some other motels in Branson have.
Recently visited the Golden Arrow Resort, the rooms were a bit old and I found a dead spider upon my bed spread as I was going to sleep so that was not a good impression. Overall eh the staff was fairly nice and we didn't have any other problems besides the paranoia of finding another 8 legged creature within my room. I guess you get what you paid for.
