Golden Arrow Resort, Branson

I took my family there and really liked the bunf=galows because of the small kitchenette and the full sized fridge. The problem came on 6-22-05 when I was awakened at 8 a.m. to the sound of the owner hammering. At about 8:45 I was awakened again by the owner yelling at housekeeping about a dust pan. A few minutes later I fell asleep again and the owner woke me up again yelling at housekeeping about some trash cans. All the while the owners young grandson kept driving back and forth in front of my bungalow in the gas powered golf cart/utility vehicle..having fun..but not caring about my sleep..as his grandmother's customer. I was awakened again by the owner who called and gave me my 9:30 a.m wake up call at EXACTLY 9:12 a.m. I guess she was too busy to wait by the phone until 9:30 a.m. I was very frustrated and I let her know my frustrations in a kinder more professional manner than she had been in waking me up over and over.
