Americas Best Value Inn, Niagara Falls

great staff open the pool late so I could take my son for a swim.Left the car and walked couldn't beleave how cloose to everything we were.I was their 3 nights and was given fridge microwave.Great to heat my son's bottle.We all had a great time and my son can't wait to go back. Thanks to all the staff maid our trip one to remember forever.

We checked in early evening. What a pleasant surprise. I didn't know what to think with some of the reviews, and pictures of the property. We would go back in a heart beat. Customer service was friendly for the contact we had with them. Close to the Falls and strip. Rooms (we had a King suite $139). If you are looking for the Sheraton or High class don't stay here then complain later. Nice, clean room, and bathroom. Nice pools one indoor one out. Very quiet, no noise from other people. A nice budget accommodation. We will definitely return. We even forgot a couple of items and called them. They were happy to set aside as our parents will be going down in a couple of weeks time.

While some people might not have found this place to their satisfaction, I stayed for 3 days with my family and found it terrific. There were irons, hair dryers, clocks or etc available in the office upon request. The room was very clean and the people there were very nice and helpful. It was a great value for a beautiful room.

I stayed in this hotel on July 3rd and 4th of 2005. I paid 129.00 a night, the room didn`t have a clock,iron/ironing board,hair dryer or any immenities in the room. I called the front desk to inquire about the items and the clerk was very rude and said if you want these items come to the office and pick them up and bring them back when you are done. On the second night I noticed that they didn`t change the linens in the room, so I called to fine out why the linens weren`t changed and the clerk stated that they only change the linens every other day, not every day. This is very unsanitary, suppose that their were a customer that stayed one night and you got the room the next night with the same linen. Every hotel that I have stayed in that charged over 120.00 dollars a night has always had the basic immenities, this hotel is a joke. Do not stay in this hotel are you will be sorry! This hotel is along the lines of a motel 6!
