Quality Inn Lake Elsinore, Lake Elsinore

The service, location, cleaniness of the grounds,very clean room ,will come back again

we had a very pleasant stay at the quality inn, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. the room was better than expected with all the amenities

The Lake Elsinore stay was wonderful, I will go back again as I have relatives in Hemet The Receptionist on duty deserves alot of ATTA GIRLS. She was so friendly and bubbly, she made us feel at home when we walked in the front door ! Hot Breakfast in the Morning rash wauffle, susage patties,boil eggs,Dount yogurt, eggs patties.and more... I will definitely book another room here

We stayed a little over a week.Their advertised Deluxe Continental Breakfast consisted of tiny little muffins, apples, oranges and cold cereal. Someone from the office (Christine) called our room to complain my 2 young kids took too much fruit. (3 pieces for the 5 of us). In the middle of the night the headboard fell off the wall and hit me on my hand. That left me sore with a big swollen welp for a couple of days. A major HEALTH ALERT, there was a LARGE piece of plaster missing from the wall exposing what appeared to be BLACK MOLD. We wer'e affraid to say anything because of them calling about the fruit. They gave us a good rate but we felt uncomfortable there. I would not recommend this place to others.
