BLOODY SHEETS
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/17/11
We were told after informing the desk clerk that the sheets had blood stains on the sheetss that we could not get clean one's because housekeeping has left and had the keys. It was apparent she was the owner and after pleading as kindly as I could that if they could just give me 1 flat sheet I would change the bed myself. She refused and said that I shoulld of told them this 2 hours ago when I checked in. I did not know I was expected to inspect my sheets for blood stains when I walked into the room. The phone did not work so I had to use my own cell phone. My husband and I went to the front office to confront them of our issue, the man who was apparently the husband and owner told us the very same thing. After my husband said that they could not just tell us we have to accept the bloody sheets and this was a biohazard he sent his maintenance man to witness the issues. We were so disgusted not just because we were treated as liars or dishonest customers but the uncaring concern for the cleaniliness we decided to go to the next town and pay another nights pay for a much cleaner hotel and where they seem to care about you.
