I will never come back

I arrived at the hotel at 3:45 p.m. and asked if rooms are ready. I heard few minutes, so My family of 10 unloaded all baggages to be ready. Next thing I heard is that we can get in at 4:00 p.m.. So we waited 10 minutes with 4 kids and two seniors. Still we could not get in. I was little bit aggrevated at waiting time and asked to see manager, Tammy, but she even upset me more with defensive attitude for not being ablre to give me 3 rooms I reserved. After 30 minutes waiting, one room is ready and 10people got in one room waiting other two rooms. My wife checked the other rooms ready and checked with made that it is ready. She went down to get the room keys, but Manager Tammy, wrong attituded, would not give keys saying "it is not ready". This is such a experience that I have ever had in my life for service industry.
