Jay - the staff gave great customer service, the room was amazingly, huge tv, and great breakfast.

These rankings shouldn't be 4.5- they should all be FIVE! I don't know how they show up less than perfect b/c it was a perfect stay. absolutely perfect! Don't waste time anywhere else. You can not believe how perfect this place is until you stay there. I am really thrilled that we did. This bed was SOOO comfortable and had several pillows just like home! It didn't feel at all like a hotel mattress- pillow top comfort was wonderful! Loved the flat screen tv with plenty of cable channels. Everything was so clean and smelled fresh from the first moment we opened the door. A/C kept us nice and cool even when the temp outside was 90+! The pool and the pool area was sparkling clean and so refreshing. With the full-sized mirror on the closet door open it made doing our hair a breeze. The in-room safe was a nice surprise too. Our housekeeper was friendly and efficient-we lacked for nothing. Even our refrigerator was awesome, keeping all our things nice and cold, which honestly usually doesn't happen in a hotel room fridge but it did there. The breakfast was fresh-with fresh apples and bananas, nice hot waffles every day, cereal, bagels, etc. Loved the biscuits and gravy too. Plenty of coffee for me and juice and milk for my granddaughter. This hotel was so comfortable that we extended our vacation by two days! We have stayed at the Pickwick Inn, the Quality Inn and the Savannah Lodge before in Savannah, but they really cannot compete with the Days Inn. I honestly can say that this is BY FAR the best in Savannah. We love the Civil War history of Shiloh, the beautiful Tennessee River, Pickwick Lake, eating catfish right beside the river and the friendly folks of Tennessee. We go there every year to visit our family and friends and I will always stay at the Days Inn. You should too!

A new place- all units on first floor with outside access. I was on the courtyard so had an extra 60 feet to car. Unit was as nice as any. One of the few places with posted information on how to use the shower- which was convenient.
