Comfort Inn Pocatello, Pocatello

We were disappointed from the beginning. First, I tried to give them my Delta Frequent Flier Number. The Hostess did not know the code. Normally I would get 250 free sky miles for staying at a comfort inn. When we got into our room we saw ants in the bathroom. Some other friends were staying in a room next to ours and had the same problem. We went to the front desk and asked for another room; we got a suite. The couple in the next room were informed that there were no more rooms available. The hostess went into their room and killed the ants with a spray. In our suite I found a dried, old raisin on the floor. There was also only one towel in the room. We did enjoy the hot tub, but the pool water was extremely cold. Most Comfort Inns I've stayed at have been nice, but not this one overall. I would suggest finding a different hotel if you are staying in Pocatello.

Several of us stayed for the S.E. Idaho Senior Games last August ( Cyclists). We wanted to rebook before we left, but it wasn't possible to book a year ahead....so now we've rebooked for August 2008. Perfect location, amenities are good, staff was pleasant & helpful.
