Okay rooms, horrible staff
The rooms were affordable, and clean when we got there, and cleaned during the day while we were gone. This was good.
Other than that, the staff was either difficult to communicate with or just completely rude. I tried calling to figure out how to get from the airport to the hotel, and it didn't seem like the guy that I was talking to knew what I was asking. I went down to request a late check out the day that we were leaving, and when the girl at the desk said I couldn't, I had to show her my Choice Privileges card and the brochure saying I could. She accepted it, but with a lot of attitude. Later, I went down to check out, and no one was at the front desk. I waited for about 10 minutes and called from my cell phone. I think the same girl picked up, and just told me to leave my keys and hung up without checking to see if that was all. I was going to ask to leave my suitcase there so I could get food before heading to the airport. I tried calling back, and no one answered. I ended up just taking the bus back to the airport.
