Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. 1. Air conditioner unit would not turn off unless unplugged. Control buttons didn't work. 2. No hot water. 3. Another group of guests held a party in the parking lot underneath my 2nd story window. This party went on from around 6p to after 2a. 4. The front desk clerk continued to eat his Subway dinner as I was checking in. 5. The property was disgusting

Strong chemical smell noted. Hallways and room were dirty. We found a cockroach in my son's bed during the night. Our family will have nightmares about this filthy hotel. Stay away!

I booked a stay here for 4 nights and was a bit wary because of some of the reviews I had previously read, but I thought I would still give it a shot. Well, I woke up after the first night to find bed bugs crawling all over the sheet and was left with a few bite marks on my upper arms. I was also disappointed by what seemed to sound like a train running through the area late at night. There was no iron or ironing board. The bed sheets weren't fitted and didn't really cover the stinky old mattress. You could absolutely tell the linens hadn't been changed since the pillowcases had pink and tan stains allover them. After I saw the bugs in the bed that morning I took a picture with my cell phone camera, packed up my things and immediately went down to the office to check out after only one night. Don't stay here, it's not worth your health. Oh yeah, and they charged me more than what was quoted on their website.

It was a wonderful hotel to stay with my Husband and 2 children. Dorney Park is right around the corner, so the location is great... Staff members are very Friendly and Packages are great.
