Good experience, over all well kept, reasonable price, nice poolBig clean rooms, lots of shaded trees, it was windy and some tree debris, cute cats on the yard, when I asked they where out door cats. I recommend this place to all my friends and family, by the why every time I go true Roswell will stay there.

Horrible!!!

I stayed here for 2 months for work. My company reserved 4 rooms for us, and the condition of every room was the same. Horrible Every set of sheets put on my bed had burn holes in it and I was in a non smoking room. The carpets were stained, bed was uncomfortable, the faucet smells like sewage when you turn the water on, and the internet does not work unless you go and sit in the lobby to use it.

Excellent accomedations

Nothing not to like. Large modern rooms,internet access,continental brkfst.,friendly staff and knowledgeable about the area and sites of interest.An overall pleasant experience.There are laundry facilities on site. Great restaurants nearby. Shopping is very closeby.

WOW!!! Great Experience!!

This motel had eveything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bedding and comforters were brand new, The staff was very friendly and helpful and added to the overall positive experience of my stay in Roswell. I would recommend this Inn to any of my relatives and friends. The location is very central to everything from dining, to shopping to facilities of necessity. AAAA+++++

Needs cleaning and Maintainance. Go somewhere else

They need to clean the carpets in every room. Large and multiple carpet stains. poorly repaired walls, stucco and paint falling off. The beadspread had stains and other filth. Old towels and linens. The light shades were covered in the original plastic wrapping but were brittle and falling apart underneath. The grounds were littered with tree parts. The continental breakfast is very limited. The staff was quietly unconcerned.
