Not what I expected

Many years ago, while in Boston, I visited the Newbury Guest House and since then, I had been looking forward to staying there. However, I was very disappointed. The room was clean, but paint was chipped, light bulbs not working throughout the four days I was there, the windonw hadn't been cleaned in months (I had to open it to see across the street) and they were remodeling, so I had breakfast (which was average) with dust, a rolled up rug next to my table and workers going about their sometimes noisy business while people ate. I don't feel what I got was what I paid for. Too expensive. I won't go back.
