We only stayed here for the location.

My first impression was this is a great location on the water. After that this is the only thing this inn has going for it. I would not usually write such a review but I feel it has been some time since a review was written and visitors should know what to expect before they get here. The room is small and dated with a queen size bed. The breakfast is the same everyday,365 days a year!!! Sausage egg type quiche, bought from a club and baked. A little too greasy. A stale crossant(each day we thought it would be fresh but it wasn't) We tried to sit out back to watch the boats go by,but there is no shade, only direct sun and the umbrellas do not adjust so you can tilt them to get some shade. As the sun goes down it gets worst and you can not sit out back at all. We moved chairs to give us some shade. It was just outside the gated area from the hot tub that no one used, when we were practiculy pulled from them and were told, "guests that wanted to use the hot would feel uncomfortable walking past us sitting in the area near the hot tub.It is an outside hot tub next to the parking lot. The chairs are for guests that want to sit in the sun and the chairs must not be moved from the deck at anytime. The man that ran this place was in need of a hospitality course on how to treat guests and not flexible or nice in any way.One would think if you are paying $200.00 a night you would at least get to sit in the shaded areas. There were no other guests outside, and not more than 1 or 2 after that. Also you better buy your paper in town because they cannot spare the 50cent newspaper from the pile they have. The do have good coffee, but hurry the coffee is only from 3pm-5pm. The morning breakfast people were very pleasant and they are lucky to have them there. There is no pool. This is not a place for families with children. There is nothing for them to do and I get the impression not child friendly.
