Pay More..Go Somewhere Else!

Made reservation over phone was given a free upgrade from two queen beds to a king room. Upon arriving, we were given the keys to what we thought was going to be a king room. While we were bringing our luggage in the clerk and "Sharon" the manager called me back to the counter and said that we would not be able to be in the king room for the two nights that had been promised. After a short discussion, I asked if we needed to get a different key. They said no because without telling me they had already given me the key for the queen room. I felt that at no time were they planning to give us the upgrade.
I just think that even though it was a free upgrade...their word was given and they didn't hold upto their end of the deal... BAD BUSINESS!!!
