We searched for ages to find the right hotel for our stay and we really came up trumps with Hotel Una. We booked the two smallest single rooms as we were on a budget, and to be fair - they were small!!! But for our pennies we got to stay in a really stylish hotel where attention to detail is everything. The whole hotel was spotless and smelled gorgeous but what sets this place apart is the customer service. I had a small issue with my shower and it was dealt with immediately, the concierge managed to book us a last minute restaurant table which we could not have achieved ourselves and everyone we met seemed to be falling over themselves to accomodate us. I have read other reviews of this hotel and I have to say that whoever wrote about a bad breakfast experience must have really been there on an off day because both mornings we had superb breakfasts. I will definately stay here again, in fact I wouldn't consider anywhere else - next time I'll book a luxury room to get the full benefit of the experience
I planned a surprise anniversary night with my partner. Apart from my partners surprise, I too was blown away by such a beautiful hotel with the outstanding detail of this truly beautiful hotel. In addition, Hotel Una prepared our room with romantic flower petals. My partner was swept away... A must for all and I highly recommend this hotel.
This place is a real gem if you need to stay over in Brighton I highly recommend it. It's super luxurious but you feel like it's somewhere you could live. I've stayed at the Grande a few times and a few of the other boutique places in Brighton but this place feels like somewhere you could actually live not like a hotel. The staff were all lovely and went out of their way to make me feel at home. It'd be the perfect place to take someone for a romantic weekend though I just stayed there on business. Maybe next time I'm in the UK I'll pop down there. Anyway as a frequent traveller who is lucky enough to stay in plenty of lovely hotels I can recommend this one.
