Disaster within 15 minutes of arrival

We arrived at 7:45 pm on Sept. 20 and within 15 minutes of checking into our room, the toilet overflowed. My husband returned to the office, but no one answered his knock. He tried calling the office several times and even emailed trying to notify someone of the problem. After speaking with our neighbors in adjoining rooms, we discovered that they were having the same problem with their toilets. Consequently, water then starting backing up in the bathtub. Needless to say, it was a long night with no use of the toilet or bath tub.
