Red Roof Inn Columbus - Grove City, Grove City

I loved it!!! The location was wonderful, shopping and several resturants were within walking distance. The rooms were very nicely set up. Frontdesk and housekeeping were very polite and answered any question I had. Frontdesk even looked directions up for me to an event I was wanting to go to in downtown Columbus. The rates were wonderful and very pleasing to my wallet. I would go back in a heartbeat!!!!!

For the price, I thought it was one of the best values i ever experienced. The room had many TV channels, kitchen and was clean and felt comfortable. I will stay there again.

I travel alot with my job,and I find myself in the Columbus area, alot. my wife called Red Roof Inn and got a room for me, here in Grove City (exit #100 off I-71) I arrived around 3am. The first room I was gven, had never been cleaned, I had to change rooms, the secound room had no heat, changed rooms again (by this time it was near 4am, and I was tired), the 3rd room had the heat shut off (-4 degrees outside), I slept fully clothed, including coat, I got 5:30 hrs worth of slept, when I checked out I told the front desk how disappointed I was with my stay, the look she gave me, was who cares, I have been a Redi Card memeber since 2001, and I will say that I would never stay at this one again, I think it is sad they can use the Red Roof name. They need to rather get better management to run this one, or take the name off, and call it the slum motel.

They had construction going on the other side of our room on a sunday morning. We were never notified that this was even going on. It was so loud that it was shaking our walls. We went and told the front desk and they didn't do anything, they also would not knock any of the charges for the room off. There were also no light bulbs in 2 lamps, the toilet ran for a half hour after you flushed and it leaked, also I'm pretty sure that the sheets weren't even clean!!! GROSS....
