it was dirty, unfriendly, no customer service, old stained beds, ac/heaters don't work very well. Only staying here because i have to, now that its summer I'm thinking about buying a car to sleep in.

OMG!!!!!Where do i start.Owner/desk help were rude as hell.This place is a disgrace to all hardworking foreign hotel/motel owners.Dont even waste your time here.Think i need a std shot or drink bleach after staying here.FIRST off walked into room and about vomited.Floor was covered in garbage,lint and god knows what else.Sink sits right in front as you walk in and had black hairs all over it and looked nasty as hell.SECOND... bathroom was worst than a public rest area toilet looked liked never been cleaned.urine stains all over it and floor with hairs all over floor and tub was mildewed and covered in hair. looked like they shaved a dog in there.TV was an old small p.o.s.!!Wall mounted a/c heater unit that barely kept it warm enough in the room as other furnace unit was broke or not hooked up.THIRD.. bed was not fit for a convict.looked like jumbo the elephant slept in it and sheets you could tell were not washed and were covered in stains and hair.confertor looked like it was used for a womens menstrual cycle because it had blood stains thru it.I slept in the old good willl furniture chair was afraid to touch that bed.Well hope i can save you some money and diseases from not staying there!!! If possible stay somewhere else or sleep in your car dont go there at all costs!

This is by far the worst Hotel-Motel!!!! Do Not Stay Here The Service is awful and the Rooms and facility is filthy!!! The owners were rude and disresectful!!!! Never have I ever been treated this bad!!!!

cost to much, don't clean rooms or make beds or put fresh towels in no internet to very slow.

In my 70 plus years of travel, this was, without a doubt, the filthiest motel I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. The shower was not useable as it was covered with mold. The floor hadn't been cleaned since lord knows when. We were pretty much at the mercy of the filth as all other lodging places in Dickinson were booked. I believe the health dept. needs to be ntified of these conditions. I do have photos to substantiate my claim.

Outside the rear entrance was a broken air conditioner and glass.The first room to the left was open,lights on,linen stripped,no one in there(it was 7:30pm).There was a washer/dryer in the hallway and there was lint everywhere and the garbage can next to them was overflowing onto the floor.In our sink there were at least 10 black hairs,there was mildew in the tiled corners of the tub and the shower curtain was moldy.There was 3 each of towels,hand towels and washcloths for a room with 2 double beds.The thermostat was broken and it was very hot in the room. Thank God the A/C worked(even thought it was in the single digits outside).There wasn't even a phone book in the room?There was no security lock on the door.The fixture on the sink looked as if no cleanser had actually been used. This motel is not worth staying in even if you are exhausted!!We will sleep in the car or drive on!

filthiest place i have ever encountered. sheets were never changed from the previous people who had stayed there. food,crumbs and hair still in the bed and around the bed. no point to complian the live in managers place was just as filthy.

Where do I start. The room reeked of stale smoke very heavily. There were ashes all over the table tops and in the drawers. No TV remote. The shower curtain looked like it got lit on fire. Toilet seat was gritty. There wasn't a screen on the window. Oh, and no lock on the window so it could be opened from either side with ease. The view of the Army bar was a plus. We bought sheets and pillows just so we didn't have to sleep with what was lurking in the sheets. Continental breakfast??? Old bread and crummy coffee. Had to buy the OJ from the vending machine. We all kept our shoes on as to avoid the floor crumbs. Never again will we be staying here!!

Stayed there around 4th of July 2007. Dirty. Smelly hallways. Toilet would run or not fill at all unless you reach in and close the flapper. Hot and cold were switched on the sink. Shower was lousy. Room had a view of the Dickinson social services dept. Wife got bit by a bug in the bed. Continental breakfast consisted of coffee and bread with option to toast. On the plus side, the tv worked and the a/c worked reasonably well.
