No Cribs at this hotel

We made reservations at this hotel through the Red Roof 800 number and requested a crib for our 15 month old son. After driving 10 hours we were told at check-in that all their cribs were broken and that we were basically out of luck. There was an event going on in town, so we were unable to find another hotel. Also, the continental breakfast is a joke - coffee and packaged donuts.
