Madison Square Inn, Madison

Passing through town and needed a place to stay for the night. Big mistake. The bed has a ratty comforter and a top sheet, I will be sleeping fully clothed. No internet access, which is an issue when traveling. The neighborhood makes me nervous and, as the other reviews have said, the tenants are sketchy at best. I wish I had checked this before getting a room. Save yourself the trouble and stay at a chain, the extra money is worth it.

even though this hotel is centrally located there are many security problems. open drug selling and trading in the parking lot, cockroaches are perminate friends in the room we rented. upon talking with the management we were told that our needs couldn't be meet and we needed to go else where. They also refused to refund our money. would not suggest staying here unless you want to get ripped off and bitten by bugs or shot for seeing a drug deal.

I wanted to stay in this area to be close to my mother's apartment. I could handle the dreary interior, the moldy swimming pool and the noisy (obviously permanent welfare people) in the next unit. Could not handle the toilet stopping up the next morning after on the first flush. Get thee to the Quailty Inn in Goodlettsville on Conference Dr and save yourself a lot of aggravation.

The clerk made fun of my fiance's name because it was diffrent and my fiance did not think it was fun and he thought the man on the phone was extremely rude. We will not recomed this motel to anyone and i have a lot a friends that come from out of town.

curtious and friendly desk staff, clean and affordable rooms. Security on premisis a surprizing find. I felt at ease staying here. shared my experience with my friends and suggested they stay there when they come to nashville. must ask for cat when calling for reservations. very professional and helpful.

THE OFFICE STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. IT IS A CLEAN PLACE TO STAY. WONDERFUL LOCATION NEAR SEVERAL FAST FOOD, MALLS ETC.. NICE POOL, GOOD AIR CONDTIONED ROOMS

This Inn has really come a long way since I first stayed here. They have increased their security and rules and regulations to better service their customers. I applaude anyone business owner who trys to improve their customer relations. thanks
