Nightmare on Elm St

This hotel is in a good location. But the service here is AWFUL. Housekeepers treat you better than the front desk. Front desk was very rude, nasty attitudes. Hotel manager, appearance was awful. I couldn't believe they call her the manager. She was very rude to all the guest. she talked about her staff to some of the hotel guest. When asked about eating places around town, she was very stiff mouth and nasty when she did answer. My mom and her 75 yr old grandmother visited their this weekend. and this lady treated us like we had just walked off the street and begged her for a room. However, we had reservations, we stayed 2 nights totaling $310.70. and they treated us like we were a basket case. While we sat in the lobbying chatting with my grandmother, she turned the lights out on us, as if it was time for us to go to bed. The rooms are small, holes in the walls, look behind the pictures you'll see them. They were stingy with towels. The pool area was about the best thing they had going for them. Oh my God the elevator, it took a century for the elevators to go up/down, hot and very stinky on them. If they would get rid of everyone @ the front desk except JOHN, their service would be a-okay. But work on the elevators, fix the holes in the wall. How about putting refridgerators and microwaves in the rooms. you pay too much money and can't enjoy a bag of popcorn, without walking down to the lobby to pop them, If you try that you better make sure they don't turn the lights out on you. For all that you might want to try MOTEL 6, where the lights never go off. I wouldn't advise this hotel to anyone. Take your money elsewhere. Its not worth it.
Never, Never, Never, will I even visit this hotel again.
