Comfort Inn Chicago/Hoffman Estates, Hoffman Estates

The staff here has made me feel so special. Everyone here greets me by my name. In addition, the hotel is new, clean, and comfortable. This is what customer service should be like!!! I've stayed at many Comfort Inn’s, but this one is the best by far!!!!!

I liked the staff and the rooms very close food place and shopping

Room was clean and extremely friendly service. Worth the money. Fridge and microwave in the room. Housekeeping actually asked if I wanted the to clean during my stay (was there for 3 nights). Am a smoker and they have smoking rooms. Would definately stay again. The only cons I had was that occasionally the TV would go out for a minute or so. However, I don't think this is the fault of the hotel. Many places to choose from to eat. Did not make it down for their breakfast though. I would difinitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: inexpensive, free wireless, very accommodating and kind staff, beautiful lobby, near were i wanted to be, generally good service all around, comfortable beds Cons: Keep i mind these are mostly nitpicks, i enjoy my stay and for the price it was actually quite excellent. the bedding was kind of stiff, at the time i stayed it was being renovated, my alarm didnt work properly, the toilet ran for a while after flushing, there was no shuttle service, the wifi could have been faster, not quite enough power jacks (bring a surge strip).

Loved the fun and friendly staff! The rooms were nice and clean. I will be looking forward to the completion of the renovation. The GM and Sales Coordinator made me just feel like I was at home. I will definitely be back to stay at the Baymont Inn.

One of the most courteous and friendly hotel staffing I have been to in a long time! Front desk was exceptional and we found the room to be clean and comfortable. What a breakfast! I was in the area for business and had a 2 night stay. Upon walking in the lobby I see a sign in the hallway asking to please excuse the construction. I get to my room to find that all of the baseboard have been removed. There was something inside the heating/AC unit. There was no hot water in the sink. I didn't have the energy to complain at that point because I had driven over 4 hours after a day of work. The breakfast was the only positive thing about the hotel. While getting ready in the morning I realize that the plugs are messed up because my hair dryer keeps falling out of the outlet (not being pulled out, but actually just falling out). When I return that evening from my day of meeting, I am greeted with my hallway covered in a plastic drop cloth (not something that is easy to walk on in heels) and is taped to my door. My door frame was wet with paint, the ceiling tiles in the hallway had been removed, there was plaster all over the drop cloth that tracked into my room. I went to leave for dinner and almost knocked a painter off of her ladder because she was right outside of my door. It was 7:00 in the evening. I called to the front desk to find out when the workers would be done and he assured me that they were gone, I argued stating that I had just about collided with one who was on a ladder painting outside my door. He said he would talk to them. I went to dinner and they were still there when I returned an hour later. When they did leave the carpet was scattered with plaster and the floor reeked of pain fumes. The manager did no offer to do anything when I complained upon check out. I will be finding another hotel when I return in two weeks!

Since we had a car the out of town location was not a problem. Everything is available in 10 mile radius. Very nice area. The hotel itself was great, clean, very accomodating. Very impressive for the price. Hotel stuff is very helpful. We were impressed with the great continental breakfast offered. My compliments to the lady who presented the food so tastefully. This is a great place to stay for the price.
