BEST WESTERN PLUS University Park Inn & Suites, State College

We have stayed here 3 times and are amazed at the willingness of the staff to help out. Last week we were stranded in a snowstorm (this is Iowa after all) and the friendly desk clerk gave us a tooth brush and toothpaste and really took good care of us. She suggested we order-in for supper and gave us a list of about 10 delivery places so we didn't have to brave the storm for supper. With so many places to stay in Ames, the Staff is what keeps us coming back here. We also like the view from the back rooms (trees not parking lots as in many other city hotels) and we love the cleanliness of the whole hotel. The hotel is close to ISU and right off the freeway. A great place to stay.
