Go somewhere else, trust me.

We stayed in Clarksville for a construction project for 6 weeks, and this was the first hotel we stayed at.
Hotel was absolutely disgusting. AC broke and was never repaired. Front desk manager was rude. At one point I went to complain about their rudeness to manager, and was literally told, "maybe you should try being nicer and see how that works." I would have checked out right then if not that EVERY other hotel in the area was booked solid.
This place was the cheapest in the area, but you get what you pay for. They only cleaned the room every 3 days and told me this was standard there. They never repaired the AC unit, but after 3 days they moved us to another room that had working AC, and then I watched someone rent our old room unwittingly the same night...then complain about the AC to them as we had. The shower had a rubber mat in it, and we lifted it to see what it was, and found mold, dirt, rotting roaches, etc under it. Towels weren't washed, ever, they were literally refolded and placed on the rack.
Someone we didn't even know was given a key to our room, which we figured out when they just walked in and said, "oh sorry wrong room." I went to the front desk about this and they said that this person claimed to know us and needed a key to our room. That was the last straw, we checked out and paid triple across town the same day, even though we had already paid for the week there, but at least we are safe from theft and disease at the other place, and I'll trade the commute and $$ for that any day.
Be warned, go somewhere else and pay more if need be, this place is quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and I travel quite a bit.
