Ramada Limited Clarksville, Clarksville

My husband and I stay here quite often. The reason we keep coming back is because we know everything works, it's comfortable, and the staff are accommodating. Close to restaurants and shopping. Wal-mart is right next door. Right off I-24.

With my husband working construction, I have stayed in many motels. This may not have been the dirtiest one but it was the worst experience ever. The rooms did appear to be clean but looks can sometime fool ya. There was only one of the staff members that was actually friendly. OK, if your just gonna stay one night this may be the place for you hopefully you will only have to deal with the one person that was actually friendly. And staying just one night you won't be there long enough to see all that is really bad there. I stayed for a week and that was enough, I packed my stuff and left. One of the men that was cleaning the room knocked and came in even though I had a "Do not disturb" sign on the door. I went ahead and let him collect the towels and I took the sheets off the beds. "I" took out the trash. When I asked the lady maid (which was the man's wife) for a plastic laundry bag (that comes in the rooms) she gave me one and then asked for money. The man used my bed to fold "ALL" the towels. even towels for other rooms. My stepson told me that he wiped his face with every other towel that he folded. How clean is that? I was told that I could not give me points on my wydams rewards card because I booked on line. which is not true and i did report this..to top it off the last day I was there I went to pay for another night and was told that I had to check back at 3:00. Check out is at noon so what did they expect me to do for 3 hours. I have never had this issue anywhere else. My husband was at work so I had to call a cab to take me to another motel. Thanks Ramada that was the best thing! I am now at Days inn exit 11. The staff here is friendly the room may be smaller but it is clean and I am not afraid to leave my stuff in the room. I feel very comfortable and guess what? It doesn't cost as much here either......YES, YES, YES

We stayed in Clarksville for a construction project for 6 weeks, and this was the first hotel we stayed at. Hotel was absolutely disgusting. AC broke and was never repaired. Front desk manager was rude. At one point I went to complain about their rudeness to manager, and was literally told, "maybe you should try being nicer and see how that works." I would have checked out right then if not that EVERY other hotel in the area was booked solid. This place was the cheapest in the area, but you get what you pay for. They only cleaned the room every 3 days and told me this was standard there. They never repaired the AC unit, but after 3 days they moved us to another room that had working AC, and then I watched someone rent our old room unwittingly the same night...then complain about the AC to them as we had. The shower had a rubber mat in it, and we lifted it to see what it was, and found mold, dirt, rotting roaches, etc under it. Towels weren't washed, ever, they were literally refolded and placed on the rack. Someone we didn't even know was given a key to our room, which we figured out when they just walked in and said, "oh sorry wrong room." I went to the front desk about this and they said that this person claimed to know us and needed a key to our room. That was the last straw, we checked out and paid triple across town the same day, even though we had already paid for the week there, but at least we are safe from theft and disease at the other place, and I'll trade the commute and $$ for that any day. Be warned, go somewhere else and pay more if need be, this place is quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and I travel quite a bit.

FIRST OFF THE LADY THAT HELPED US WAS VERY RUDE. THE ROOMS WERE FLITHY AND DIRTY. THE BATHROOM HAD DEAD ROACHES. BATHROOM NEEDS TO BE REMODELD. MY BROTHER RENTED A COT FROM THE HOTEL AND THE NEXT MORNING GOT SCARBIES AND A RASH. I CAME BACK FROM A TRIP AND THE ROOMS WERENT MADE.

I had a good experience at the Ramada Limited! The staff was really friendly,good comfortable rooms with Excellent Wireless Internet and located near to the mall & many other family restaurants. I would recommend this place to my friends and others.

"The Best" motel I have ever stayed in.Front desk clerk was very friendly & welcoming! Free breakfast,rooms were very clean, microwave & refrigirator were aready in my room without request.Service was excellent and a very nice place to stay!

Being in Ramada Inn was an awesome experience and I would like to be there again
