It was great everyone was friendly. The bottled water was absolutely what I needed after being on the road. Thank you ! I could use my laptop in the room which was cool. It was my first business trip on my own, I was very comfortable. The beds are awesome, I loved the pillows, next time I will have to get up early enough for breakfast.

Will not stay here again!

Chose this hotel b/c of shuttle service to airport and free parking. Reserved two rooms and had early flight to catch the next morning. Was assured at check-in and again at check-out that shuttle would be there in time to take us to airport. Shuttle driver did not show, and we had to pack our cars and drive ourselves to the airport parking lot, resulting in $75+ in parking fees when we returned from our trip. Letters and e-mails to Holiday Inn did nothing to compensate us or to apologize for their lack of service. There is another hotel across the street with shuttle service that we will try next time. Will not stay here again.

It's convenient

The mattress where poor and the whole place looked seedy. If it where not close to the airport I would never stay there again. Even the breakfast (?) was poor.

Best budget hotel I've stayed in

Management and staff are extra friendly and conscientous about customer service. The hotel has almost completed its renovation, so it felt like a new hotel. I was especially glad this hotel accomodated my dog, so the outside room was really a convenience. Inside entrance rooms are also available. Many restaurants are just a short 10 minute drive away. Add the free breakfast, business center and internet access, and this hotel is an incredible value. I will definitely stay here again.
