You'll Love It!!!
By ,
There is no place like the Stephanie Inn. We started going in 2002 and we just spent our 35th wedding anniversary there. The staff is the very best, food is amazing and the views are out of this world. Yes, it's not a very well kept secret. Go if you can get there, you'll be hooked for life.

One of the wonders of the Oregon Coast
By ,
The Stephanie Inn is probably one of the worst kept secrets of the Oregon coast. From the time you walk through the door until the moment you depart, the Staff makes sure you are one happy customer. Every time I stay here, I think of the phrase "You get what you pay for." In this case, great service, a fantastic breakfast, 24 hour cookies and coffee and a location that cannot be beat. The beach is right in front of you. If you are looking for a special place to spend time with that special someone, the Stephanie Inn awaits you.

Best place along the Oregon Coast!
By ,
I am seven-months' pregnant, and my husband and I wanted to celebrate an early, fourteenth-year anniversary before we have our first baby. We have stayed at numerous hotels along the Oregon Coast, but nothing compares to the class, comfort, service and location that the Stephanie Inn has to offer. The newly-renovated hotel is decorated in a warm, European style with clean and luxurious comforts (e.g., Tempur-Pedic beds, fire places, jacuzzi tubs, free DVD rentals, etc.) that make you feel at home. The inn is situated right on the beach, with breath-taking and spectacular views of the ocean and Haystack Rock from all the rooms that face west. Staff are welcoming and spoil guests with gifts, goodies and inclusive accommodations. Breakfast is part of the package and is superb. It is served in the dining room, and an array of hearty, generous and tasty food is offered, such as an assortment of fruits (e.g., kiwi, pineapple, mango, etc.), breads, meats, scones/muffins, coffee, juices, etc. Plus, staff will happily honor guests' requests for food items. Our favorite event was breakfast, and our stomachs would be filled until around 3:00 PM each day. We also enjoyed wine/cheese time in the late afternoon where we splurged on French sparkling cider, cheeses, hors d'eouvres and vegetables. The rooms are typically pricy (especially for this economy), but we stayed during an off-season and a stormy time to where there was more negotiability for more reasonable and competitive rates during such a slow season, and the staff showed appreciation of our business and was willing to meet and exceed our accommodations. Overall, this is a romantic get-away that does not allow smoking, pets or kids under the age of 12, and Cannon Beach is Oregon's gem. We approve of and highly recommend the Stephanie Inn.

I watched it being built
By ,
No question -- the Stephanie Inn is the finest resort-hotel I have experienced in 20 years of first class travel all over the United States and the world. The staff suffers very little turnover and always greets me like part of the family every time I return. Is there anything to dislike? Perhaps its popularity which makes it impossible to snag last minute reservations. Winser

My Favorite Place On Earth!
By ,
We have stayed at the Stephanie Inn several times now. From the moment you enter the lobby of this beautiful Inn the staff treats you as an old friend and the service goes on and on. Our last visit we treated ourselves to the Carriage House for our 35th Anniversary and sad to say...we will have to stay there from now on...total luxury!!! Make sure to have dinner at the Inn, a gourmet delight! Don't hesitate staying at the Stephanie Inn...well worth the price.

our special loving, lovely resort
By ,
It is the best. We found the Stephanie Inn, after hearing about it from friends, and made reservations for our 40th anniversary. We walked in, were immediately graciously greeted, and from then on treated as "royalty". Our main floor bedroom (more a luxurious suite) opened on to grass sparkling with dew in the a.m. and the waves crashing below. In the evenings we sat outside basking in the sunset and twilight before dinner. The dinners are gourmet - should be better publisized -. Breakfast is complimentary and all you could want. Cocktail hour is such fun -- meeting others from near and far -- and nicely hosted. There is nothing to improve upon that we can think of. The memories will urge you to return. We have enjoyed many years here since, Thank you, Marcia and Don Johnson

Expensive, but worth it
By ,
Came here for our anniversary. Were a little scared off by the price, but it was one of the most delightful away-from-home experiences my wife and I have had. We'll continue to go back. We hear that the dinners here are great as well, but as the meal is a fixed menu and weren't to our taste, we skipped it and went into town for a great pizza instead. Breakfast and the bottomless cookie jar were great attractions, as was sitting on our deck with the waves breaking just beyond grass-covered back "dune" of the inn.
