The Worst

This hotel was so bad that we forfitted two nights that were prepaid to just find a new hotel. The room was tiny and the toilet was constantly running when we called down to report it the attendant told us to turn on the bathroom fan so we couldnt hear it. My husband had to literally turn off the water to the toilet. It was disgusting and seedy. Im contacting hotels.com to report it and hopefully they will remove it from the site.

uncomfortable beds

arrived late, was greeted by a cheerful desk attendant. staying one night so we were tired after a 5 hour ride to Burlington. Room was clean, but small. Bed was as comfortable as a bag of rocks. Amazing how a bed can be that bad. We got very little sleep, too bad because the next morning we had a decent cont. breakfast.Help was very pleasant. Would not stay there again.

We had a great stay. the staff was very friendly and accomidating. the breakfast was fantastic and had a lot of variety. The hotel was located like a .10 of a mile form I89. Close to downtown, the expo center and many colleges. The pool was warm and clean. The room was average size and clean.

This hotel was one of the worse that I have stayed in. We choose it because of the location to the airport but to get there from Highway 89 was an adventure! The lobby entrance looked more like a door to the basement and it was in the back of the building. When I turned on all of the lights in the room it was still dark! The fan/light in the bathroom was VERY LOUD and the light had a strobe effect that made me dizzy. When I stepped into the shower I thought I was going to fall to the room below. It was creaking and cracking the whole time I showered. The towels and bedding seemed very dingy and I was kind of afraid to use them. I will never stay there again.
