Management attention needed!

I went for a function organised by a friends in one of the ballroom last few weeks. I stay one night with my family. Occasionnaly, my husband check in at 2.00pm but we did not went to our room instead we went for window shopping at the nearest mall. When we arrived at about 7.00pm the room was not make-up (from the previous guest)and they chamber mates is still cleaning the room. Secondly during function took place in the ballroom I saw a couple of waiters on duty fill-up a plates with lots of foods and went off. (The lights near the buffet line was deemed.)so nobody seems to reliase. No duty manager was at the function to standby. But the food was not bad. 3rdly the next morning my children went to the poolside for swimming but after swimming there were no towels for the guess. The went up shiverring with their swimming suits soak and wet especially my 2 year old kids. I was really upset. Pls look up into this. Last stay under previous management was (better).

One of our best hotel stays in JB!

It's centrally located and it is near shopping malls and cheap eating places. Walking distance to nightclubs, therefore reducing the hassle of getting cabs after a night's out of entertainment. Spacious Deluxe Twin Room and good customer service. One of the best, most affordable hotels we've been to!

Very bad Customer service

1. My reservation was Deluxe fully paid in advanced. They gave me Standard room. No explanation given. 2. Braekfast coupon not given. I had to asked. 3. Parking coupon not given. I had to request. 4. Towel only arrived at 8.30pm Day 1 after keep on reminding. 5. I checked in about 4.30pm. Why I should wait more than 2 hrs? Just imagine travelling all the way from Trengganu with small kids and senior citizen but have to wait more than 2 hours just to check in? 6. Very bad housekeeping. They took easy of the cleanliness of the room and toilet. Simply wash the glass without changing a new set. Smelt of anchor beer in the room. Not suitable to kids. 7. Bed sheet and blanket were not changed. I observed their work as i have to wait to enter the rooms. 8. I complained that I did not received newspaper 3 times on 27/11/05. Promised to sent to room. They offered me NST. But till check-out no newspaper arrived?????? 9. The receptionists were unable to smile. Probably all of them having personal problem. 10. SPA???? Low standard!
