Very Satisfied!! Cant wait till next time.

The staff was great from the point I walked thru the door. Front desk was very helpful w/directions and suggestions for local resturants. The bartender at the lounge served me w/smiles and laughter(which was just what I needed after long car ride). Room was clean and bigger then what I'm used to. Didn't get to use the pool but looked very clean. I will be staying at the New All Suites in Jackson for all my business trips.

Over priced and very outdated

The room was very dated..looks like it has not been remodeled since it was built in the 80s. Tv had terrible picture, even the local Jackson station was snowy and unwatchable...small tv...(every NEW hotel now has big flat panels) Microwave was at least 20years old an moved from and under cabinet install to on the counter...very poor workmanship with wires hanging. Bases of the table lamps were filthy from peoples dirty hands. Bathroom had a corner where it appeared the toilet over flowed and was not cleaned entirely. No free breakfast. Room was spacious but very dated. There was a womens basketball tourney going on the night I was there, and they claimed to not have any non smoking rooms...the halls smelled like a bottom of an ashtray, but the room was tolerable. WIFI signal very spotty. This hotel is way overpriced.

my family and I completely enjoyed our stay I believe that your hotel and accomadations are AWESOME. Your staff was friendly and very helpful, courteous I cannot describe the kindness shown to us. We travel a lot and I want you all to know that you are awesome... Thanks, we will be back.

I liked the spacious room and interior hallway. I didn't like the smelly carpet, poor counter service, cloudy pool, no free breakfast, location from the free way, and I feel it was over priced.

Weddings

I had my wedding reception here. It was BEAUTIFUL!! Al my guest were amazed how pretty everything was decorated. The staff was wonderful help. They even catered my reception. Amazing service and food. The staff was well dressed and polite. Class A service. We had some guest stay overnight that came in for the wedding. They said they enjoyed their stay as well. They raved about the breakfast. If you are planning a function of any kind the staff here will go above and beyond the call of duty. Very reasonably priced!! I say this place deserves high marks. My only complaint is one unfriendly Host at check in.

Little pricey.

Clean. Nice rooms. Excellent location right off I-40 and very close to everything in Jackson. Even with my Priority Club membership the 'Executive' style room was $95+ a night, which for Jackson, TN is a bit steep. The room service was ok. I'll say that the food was good, the actual service left a bit to be desired. Several calls went unanswered and several menu items weren't available. The highlight of my stay was the indoor pool. Even though it was a bit small, it was nice, well kept, and waaaaarm. A guest and I frolicked in it for a bit until it became unsafe (lightning storm), but we did have lots of fun. Would I recommend this hotel to others? Yes. I would, with a slight caution about the price.

LOVE IT!!!

I loved the service. We had our wedding reception here. The staff was wonderful. The room was decorated like something out of a story book. I reccomend this place for everyone. The Atrium is beautiful. The food was deelicious. I can not say enough about this place. I live in Jackson so I drive by this place alot, and everytime I do I think about the beautiful memory me and my husband share everytime we drive by. Our wedding was beautiful and elegant and the staff here made our reception just as elegant as the wedding. So it was the perfect end to a beautiful beginning!!!

Jackson's hidden jewel hotel

This hotel exceeded my expectations. All the staff were super nice and willing to go the extra mile for your comfort. To my suprise I was upgraded to a suite due to capacity bookings. The first thing you will notice is the spacious lobbies that each of the interior rooms look down upon. Each interior room has a sliding glass door and open air balcony. The room itself was spacious and very quiet, despite the full capacity of the hotel. It was very nice to have a full service restaurant and cantina on the first floor. Will definately stay at this loaction again in the future.
