Days Inn Cherry Hill, Cherry Hill

As others have noted, the location of the Cherry Hill Days Inn, next to Route 38 is very disruptive to a decent nights rest. Also, the Heating Unit is very loud and goes off and on constantly during the night with such a racket that you really need ear plugs to sleep in this place. In my Room, which looked like it had been renovated recently, there were rusty pipes and obvious mold in the grout on the Bathroom Floor. Outside in the Parking Area near my room; there were big patches of untreated ice and snow on the ground that Guests were forced to walk on to get to the Parking Lot . A small amount of salt sprinkled on the ice would have made the paths clear and safe to walk on; but for some reason the dangerous patches of ice and snow were left for Guests to deal with during my 3 day stay. In addition, I found the Management of this Days Inn to be extremely rude and unresponsive regarding serious concerns that I brought to their attention regarding the Cleaning Staff. I have never experienced such terrible Customer Service at any Hotel or Motel in the US. Unfortunately I was in a position that required my staying at this Days Inn for 3 nights; something I would never do again. Do yourself a favor, pass this place up and find another Hotel or Motel in the Cherry Hill Area. For the price of staying here, there are many other choices in South Jersey where you will be treated as a valued Customer and receive good service in a comfortable, well maintained environment. This Day's Inn is the absolute worst and gets One Star from me!

I had a conference at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, which is just around the corner and more money then I'd like to pay. I made my reservation and the king bed was great, room was clean! More TV channels than most hotels I've seen. No heat in the bathroom, but not that bad, refridgerator and microwave. My room was close to the entrance of the hotel and I could hear the traffic on Route 38. But this hotel is worth a shot!!! The Main Lobby is very, very nice..... It looks as though this hotel just went through major renovations. Check it Out!

- Quick Internet Access - Good work space, can swivel the TV to view from desk - Noisy AC/heater unit - Microwave and refrigerator in room - Good temperature control in tub

Dirty - smelly and old fixtures - they took our stuff and moved them to another room without telling us - well they did not move it to another rooom - they put it all in a shopping cart and pushed it at us to do it ourselves - this at 10:30 at night. My wife thinks it is mostly used for drug dealing and all sorts of shady activity - Bulldoze the place

This place has paper thin walls, so thin you can hear water running in rooms far from your own! The AC unit kicked off and on, extremely loud, all night long. While running, it masked the sounds of the vehicles whipping by outside though. The breakfast is pathetic. I noted someone else wrote about the lack of internet service; it didnt work while I was there either! For the cost, you can do better. I had a funeral to attend the next day, and I think I slept a total of about an hour; the sound of that stupid AC unit kicking on and off, water loudly running at 4 am, and the road traffic..no thanks. I wont be back.

Great location in proximity to the Tweeter Center and Philadelphia. Comfortable beds, newly remodeled room, very clean and quiet, safe area, friendly staff. My only complaint is that the high speed internet was not working during our entire stay. Overall, I liked this hotel and would definately stay there again.

i liked the beds and the breakfast. other than that i didn't spend much time there. some of the people there just stared at my family during breakfast, but we enjoyed our stay all the same.

Convenient and comfortable. Mine was only and overnight stay with an early morning check out, so I cannot speak to the service. However, I would certainly stay there again.
