Days Inn, Commerce

My wife, and I had a great time in Commerce. Our stay at the Days Inn made for an enjoyable weekend. You can't beat the service for the price. You are right at the outlets, and two golf courses are within 30 minutes. I would recommend this hotel for a couple with children, or for a single person staying over night. Everyone greeted us, and was very friendly.

Room was clean for the first night. Next day no soap, floor not cleaned, trash cans full, ash trays full, bed was made, so you could see that the foot of the bed was higher than the head of the bed

They duplicated my reservation and charged me for one room they said I didn't cancel the Manager /Owner of the hotel spoke very rudely to me and wouldn't credit my card. He explained he had a loss that weekend and even though it was there fault for not canceling the resv. properly he would not credit back my Amer. Exp. It's a shame this owner has now put a knife in the back for all other day's inn affliated to this man's hotel. They should take the title of the hotel away. I would never go there ever.
