Fairfield Inn by Marriott Joliet North/Plainfield, Joliet

second night my key didn't work and after getting that fixed I entered to find the housekeeper had thrown some extra soap in the bathroom but had not made the bed or changed to towels, third night I arrived to find that the carpet had been shampooed (not particularly dirty) and was still wet causing me to slide on the bathroom floor...the whole time I was there the bathroom was not cleaned.

the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.
