Hotel amenities include the indoor pool and spa tub and complimentary continental breakfast, business center available and free faxes. Awesome hotel!

The hotel may not look great from the outside but the inside was very clean and comfortable. The pool isn't large but was a nice size and the hot tub was fantastic. It's located right across from the mall and only about a 5 minute drive from Six Flags. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great, I just wish the dinning area was a little bigger. We stayed for a weekend for Fright Fest and even though the hotel was full of people it wasn't too noisey. I would definitely make a return trip.

i would stay here again

the bed was uncomfortable. pool was closed. the room was awful. the tiles were loose in the bathroom. breakfrest was not good.i wouldn't stay here again.

Great place to stay

The rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was incredible. A gigantic mall across the street and many good restaurants within minutes, either walking or driving. It was a short 10-15 minute drive to Great Lakes Naval Base and only 10 or so miles south of the Wisconsin border. It was also only a 10 minute drive to the Metralink station, which is a great way to go to Chicago for $5.00 round trip ($1.00 for parking). I was able to do a lot of sight seeing. My AAA or government rate was only $54.00 for two persons.

We had a nice stay

The Comfort Inn was easy to find and the staff were really great! They were responsive and worked to make sure that each patron has a nice stay. My family and I reserved 12 rooms for our visit and everyone in the party really enjoyed their stay. One thing to look out for is the pool area. They put a little too much chlorine in the pool water. This can make kids very red eyed and bring on bouts of coughing but that was the only incident. Also, I think they are little pricey ($105/night) but then again they may be at par with their competitors. All this to say I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great location!

Clean; excellent location directly across gurnee mills mall; close to six flags; surrounded by good places to eat; free continental breakfast in a clean & cozy dining area; pool and jacuzzi; ice machine parking; good service and exact prices quoted over the phone were honored. I would definitely recommend comfort inn to families.
