this place has bed bugs!!!! do not go unless you want to be bitten up!! This hotel is not clean if you do go make sure u bring some disinfectant spray to spray your beds!!

Our family just stayed at this hotel this past weekend. We enjoyed everything except the fact that our roll-away we used, was so smokey we couldn't believe it. I was there when the clerk got it for us from rm. #308. The smoke smelled so bad I couldn't believe it. Everything else was awesome. We loved the beds, breakfast and pool area!

My Family and I stayed Here,And the hotel and the staff were clean and friendly ,they had good reason to be because when I got home I cheacked my debt card activity and they had charged me an additionail $ 50.00 per room witch totaled for me to be $100.00 and they told me that it would be placed back on my card with in 3 days its been a week know and guess what ,I still do not have it back,so in my mind that is theft and it is ,a horable thing for the company to be chargeing people more then what they say they are going to and then when they do they do not return the money that is rightfully thers that is not right and there management can not take care of there costomers then the company has a big problem and That should not be the consumers problem. Thank You For Nothing,I do not think me or my Family will ever stay here agian unless matters like this are not going to happen!

My best friend and I stayed at this place and were appalled by how filthy everything was in our room and in the place in general. If you like a nice, clean hotel/motel, don't stay here. The Best Western (east) down the road was no better. I wouldn't recommend staying there either.

I am originally from Dubuque, Iowa , and I always try to stay at this hotel when I visit family and friends. It is just the best hotel!! The rooms are very clean and spacious and the staff is very good and friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. They offer a great breakfast too if that is something that is important to you. The price for this hotel is very reasonable too. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thanks for being there, Fairfield-----you're the greatest!!

The Fairfield Inn by Marriott, Dubuque, IA, had exactly what we wanted and asked for, and at a reasonable price. The service was great from the time we ordered on-line, to the time we checked out, was hassle free. And the factthat the location was right on route and we didn't have to get off our route to get to was a blessing. The entire site was very neat and clean, yet did not smell like of cleaning chemicals, even the swimming pool area was not over powered by chlorine. Though the pool was a bit smaller than I anticipated, it would be the right size for when we would want to bring the grandkids along. It was nice to have additional hours for adults only in the pool and hot tub area. My husband and I really liked being able to check our e-mail while on the road, at no additional charge. Thanks to their internet access we didn't need to haul our computer with us! After spending a night in a comfortable bed and spacious room, (where we could place all our belongings and still have room) plus being able wake up a little later, knowing that the with the later hour continental breakfast would still have a good selection of food to choose from. We would defiantly recommend The Fairfield Inn by Marriott, Dubuque, IA to all our family and friends. And have already made plans to stay here again on our next trip!
