Misiones Hotel & Beach Resort, San Lucas

As a time share owner I'm so dissapointed in the upkeep of time share units. It appears that owners of resort have missused all the yearly maintenance payments made to Misiones. The units are in desperate need of new furniture, kitchen utensils, bedding,etc. And now Misiones wants all time share owners to upgrade to new system, higher maintenance fees for what? This resort, once 5 star is probably now 3 star is located too far from town, with no restaurant, you must have rental car to survive.

We're not big on crowds, snotties wanting to be waited on or spring breakers so this is our perfect vacation spot. The kitchen was stocked adequately that we were able to cook. Swim up bar staff was very friendly. Just a quick jaunt to Costco for cheap beer and our relaxing time in Cabo was wonderful. Had issues with the TV and the staff tried to fix it, but understood little English (our Spanish was worse) so we were happy to read instead.

If you enjoy a place where you do your own cooking, enjoy coffee on the deck while watching Manna Rays jump in the ocean and it's not over run with spoiled children with sticky fingers or drunken adults...than you will love La Misiones.
