Bad Customer Service - Manager

In general this hotel was a fair deal, clean, and safe. The room was of high quality. The down comforters were appreciated!
However, the front desk staff was less than accomodating when handling our breakfast request.
The scrambled eggs are served with either ham or sausage. We asked to have scrambled eggs with no meat -- and the front desk attendant reminded us the breakfast was FREE (and thanks for the free soap too) and no changes were allowed. We asked to speak with the manager. The manager did not speak with us directly, but said "she was on her way into work, and would be there shortly". Even after the manager arrived, no eggs were made, and we had to request again.
It's not like we were asking them to make us a breakfast of ingredients they didn't have in the kitchen -- all we wanted was eggs w/o sausage or ham. Instead of graciously handling our minor request, the staff earned a negative review on the morning of Oct 13, 2008.
