Chenal Suites Little Rock, Little Rock

I got charged twice on my crdiet card. Once from the hotel and once from Hotels.com and I talked to the front deck to make my appointment. And the elevator did not work.

First impression was great at check in, then we went to our room and it went down hill from there. Carpets in hall and room were very dingy and dirty looking, refrig was left open in our room therefore ice was melting in the carpet, bed was too hard, room smelled like smoke (we were in a non smoking room). Turned the heat on and it immediatley smelled like something was burning. We left out and returned around 2am and the elevator wasn;t working and still not working at 10 the next morning,. This was more like a $40 a night hotel not $70. I give it a 2 out of 5 on everything.

Room very shabby. Carpet looked so dirty I didn't want to take off my shoes.

This hotel so dirty and unpleasing i checked out two days early and went acroos the street to the embassy i guess for 89.19 a night you cant expect to much huh

This facility is good but could be better if the staff put more effort into what they were doing. Basically it was an okay stay. Not that bad, certainly nothing memorable.

it was a 5 star service at a 3 star price. it is 5 minutes away from anyplace you would want to eat or shop and 20 minutes from the clinton presidential library. anyone who stays here wont be disappointed!
