would never go back

lobby was attractive and person behind desk was very nice it was a very quick check in but when we went to the room in the toilet we saw a condom then we remove the bedspread to check out our bed and to our horror we saw tons of little hairs that couldve been someones pubic hair all over the bedsheet how disgusting!!! oh and the toilet didnt even flush!!! we left got our money back this was no royal plaza!!!!! we ended up at the newport inn and spa which was a much better experience!!!

Smelly, Dingy and too many drunks

We paid $200 for one night. What a waste! The "non smoking room" smelled like it had been sprayed heavily with some kind of over-powering odor mask. The room was dingy--I wouldn't even touch the blankets. And the drunken neighbors were obnoxious from 4 in the afternoon (when we came back from the beach) and again when we came home from dinner (they were running up and down the hallways screaming and singing until 3 am--no joke). I had a terrible rash the next morning--my husband's theory is that it was the sheets (which were very rough). HORRIBLE Place. Oddly, the woman at the desk was very nice.
