Bed Bugs Infestation
By Prissie, 09/10/09
Awful Awful....The place smelled like mold or something similar to mold, not sure still can';t put my finger on it. AND, I have bed bug bites all over my body.... from sores to blisters..this place must have had this problem for some time! I checked in at night, but when me and the sun arose, I had the feeling that this place was questionable, it was a few days later that a nurse friend said I have bed bug bites and I'm allergic to them..it's been almost 2 weeks and I am one big scab! None-the-less, It was nasty!

GREAT!
By PAULS, 12/25/08
The wife and I stayed here in October 2008 with our 3 small children. We had a room with 2 king size beds and it was great (I haven't come across many hotels with 2 king size beds). Also had a very nice free breakfast with a pretty darn good selection of food (not the usual cereal, yogurt, milk and danish). The staff was also super-friendly. Zero complaints.

A very good hotel with some nice amenities.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/24/06
At the time I stayed in this hotel (July 2006) it was undergoing some renovations. My room was very clean overall. One of the walls had a lot of big, black scuff marks. The room next door was undergoing a complete makeover and when we arrived workers were giving the walls a new coat of paint. My room was probably next on their list. A sign in the room stated that the water and air in the room were filtered. I think the term they used to describe the room was "environmentally friendly". We didn't request a room with any special features so I assume this was standard throughout the hotel. This might appeal especially to people with certain health conditions. The bed linens, bath towels, and carpet were all very clean. All of the fixtures and appliances in the room were in working order. Some excellent features included king beds in every room, a mini refrigerator, iron and ironing board, and free high-speed wireless Internet access throughout the hotel. There is a small office off the main lobby that has a computer with free Internet access on a first come, first served basis. A coin-operated washer and dryer is also available on the ground floor. A continental breakfast is provided every morning and a guest reception with light dinner fare is held some evenings. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would choose to stay at this hotel again if given the opportunity. This hotel is an excellent value for the cost.

We will never stay at Holiday Inn Express Again!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/12/06
We went to Holiday Inn Expresss for an educational conference and the Operations Manager cursed my students out. This was very unprofessional. I am a person who does not complaint; but, I could not let this go. The rooms were very beautiful, the housekeeper, owner, and sales person were very nice.
