Super 8 Motel, Hardin

After a grueling, white-knuckle 11 hour drive thru blinding rain, over Idaho and Montana mountain passes, this place was a wonderful haven to spend the night. Easy access from the Interstate highway. Visible from the exit ramp - no guessing how to get to it. Very clean - very, very clean. Friendly, courteous staff. Comfortable room, inviting recliner to sink into before going to bed. The bed was great - most comfortable motel bed I have ever slept in. My only complaint would be the normal noise from other guests - outside the control of the motel itself. The price was a little high - but totally worth it to me for a clean, comfortable room in a place I felt safe. I have paid higher prices for hoteI rooms that were not half as nice as this. I would absolutely stay here again - no question.

My family and I were traveling from Cody, WY to the Little Bighorn Battlefield and found this hotel on the internet. The hotel is not bad. Rooms were clean, the staff was polite and helpful, and there was good wireless internet access. No pool. The problem is that Hardin, MT is a small, down-on-its-luck town. We had trouble finding something to eat, etc. Next time, I would bypass Hardin, MT and try to stay in a more vibrant town. To sum up, the hotel is not bad, reasonable value for the price. The problem is the not too desirable location.
