Stage west hotel is the place to Go.The service was Excellent!The Pool was nice but the taste of water in the pool I don't want to talk about.We have a Famiy of Six and there's still lots of space to move around in the room.

We had a wonderful two night weekend stay. The check in was very friendly and quick. Our room was ready and very clean. It was nice being able to still find a smoking room available. The buffet at the dinner theatre was fabulous. Everything was very hot. The show (Guy and Dolls) was great. The only complaint I would have about this night was that after paying for our drink the waiter did not return with change. The breakfast buffet was a little cool on the Saturday morning but then again we were late coming down and there wasn't the people turn over that there was on Sunday morning. We would both return without hesitation.

Excellent value. This was our third visit for New Year's Eve, and we weren't disappointed. The beds are extremely comfortable, the room ample to have a visit with friends, and the food in all buffets was superb. It must have been very busy in the hotel, or they were short of staff. Something spilled outside the room was never cleaned, and room service trays were left in the hall longer than overnight - from 3 PM the day before.

Good hotel... We love it! The rooms were HUGE and the training room was faboulous, it is also very clean there!

We have stayed at this hotel several times but last week will be our last time. We parked our vehicle in the parking garage on the first night and it and two other vehicles had the windows smashed and some of our belongings stolen. When we notified staff at the front desk we were treated very poorly. No one offered any assistance or offered to help us deal with this in any way, as a matter of fact they told us that the police would not even come, that we had to go to the police station to report it.
The next night, a friend who we had recommended the hotel to had her vehicle stolen from a parking spot right in front of the lobby. Again no assistance from hotel staff at all, they also told her the police wouldn't come, her onstar called the police for her and they came right away (perhaps hotel staff are told to say this because it looks bad having cruisers parked out front all the time).
When we brought the poor assistance from hotel staff, and lack of security up with hotel management all they did was apologize and say that they were hoping to reach an agreement to share a security guard with another hotel.
When we checked out of the hotel I again brought up to staff that I was surprised at the lack of hospitality from the hotel, they did not even offer us a discount for all of our inconvenience. Most hotels want you to enjoy your stay, a little bit of service in a tough situation goes a long way.....
