Ramada Plz TO Arpt Hotel And Stage West Theatre, Mississauga

We visited Stage West, the Mississauga location, in March of 2011. After a year of our son being treated for anxiety ( fears ) we decided to take a relaxing trip to Stage West a hotel which we have gone to for years. Our first night we went out for dinner next door and the kids came back to the hotel to go for a swim. Our 17 year old went with them. On our way back to the hotel our 17 year old called and told us our 11 year old was trapped in the bathroom. She had already called the operator and they were sending someone up. I was worried for him because of his issues. When we got there two people were there no one could open the door. The doorknob was broken and he could not get out and we could not get in. The one man wanted to kick the door in but the woman was too concerned of the price of the door. No concern for our son at all. My husband ended up taking the doorknob apart and still it wouldn't open so he pushed it open and the door broke. The supervisor at the front desk told us when we were checking out that it was our fault and we could be charged for the damages once they looked at the door. She told us we should have waited for a maintenance person to go up. Half an hour our son was trapped in the bathroom. Our daughter made the right call first the operator then she called us. Meanwhile they sent two people who had no idea what they were doing to try to open the door. The third person they sent up was a chief..... The woman had told my husband that the maintenance guy had just left to go home. What would you have done????

I attended at wedding at Stage West and was surprised to learn that they have a large private banquet hall. The room was beautifully decorated and the food was amazing. Stayed over night and our room was a spacious suite! We had a wonderful weekend!

My husband and I enjoyed an entertaining theater performance with excellent meal and service to our table. Our room was clean, bright and spacious with no noise from halls as in some hotels. The staff always very courteous and pleasant. A great place to "getaway from it all "that we enjoy a couple of times a year with our friends.

Great service, clean guestrooms, lots to do under one roof!

The whole family really enjoyed our stay at Stage West. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The kids enjoyed the time at the water slide/pool too!

I work for Bell Canada and the head office is located right around the corner from the hotel. The suites are large and cozy, with a sofa pull sofa, mini fridge, and microwave for evening snacks. Also, I managed to work out in the fitness centre with the treadmill and free weights every morning before the shuttle would drop me off to the office. Everyone was quiet friendly and very helpfull, I had a lot of help from the staff and can't wait till I return for my second training session.

Rooms are excellent with great amenities. Will definitley return when we need a hotel in this area.

We love the pool and waterslide! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the show "Shear Madness" and the huge buffet dinner. We will come back to Stage West again!

I will never go back. Upon a mattress inspection, I found bed bug feces and bed bug body casings all throughout the seams and stitching of the mattress. There was hair in the sheets and mold in the jacuzzi jets. We asked for a new room at 12:30 am when this was found, but it was too late. Our $500 romantic evening was ruined and neither of us got a wink of sleep. Our confirmation sheet said that our package came with buffet breakfast or room service and when we went to order room services, we were told it was an additional $40. So we went down to breakfast. The food was awful, runny eggs, greasy bacon, store bought french toast sticks and cheap hash brown patties. The bread was in a bag on the counter for us to toast ourselves, plastic cups for juice and only one cup of coffee. There were apples and pears on a warming platter, for fresh fruit. I told the front desk clerk about our stay and because we had prepaid in full, she could not offer us a discount for our trouble. I think the health department might be interested in the pictures and the samples that I have!

My son woke to find bed bugs crawling on him! After we'd killed 4 more in the bed, the house keeping staff came and took away the sheets. The staff at the front desk tried to tell us they were lady bugs, until we mentioned we still had one up in the room. After repeated discussions, they finally said they wouldn't charge us for the room. They were supposed to get back to us on what to expect from the bug bites (any concerns, etc.). We never heard from them. Now both my children are covered in bites, and we are constantly checking in the house, hoping we didn't bring any home.
