Island Inn Hotel, Lake Havasu City

This hotel should be avoided like the plague. First off the beds are double beds which do not accomodate anyone over the height of 5'6" and they are harder then the floor you walk on. The carpets are so old and dirty that just walking across them leaves your feet black and nasty. The bathroom is so small you have to stand in between the toilet and the sink just to close and open the door. While there was a microwave and refrigirator in the room there was no coffee pot. When we asked for one they said they did not have any and if we wanted coffee we would have to go out and buy it. In one of the other rooms that a relative was staying in he found a pair of used womans under pants wrapped around the fire sprinkler in the ceiling and a vibrator left in one of the drawers. He had to ask twice for them to come and take them out of the room. What ever you do do not stay here, pay the extra money and stay at one of the resorts in the area.

I stayed at this hotel and was given a clean well furnished room. It is within walking distance of the beach and a dog park both furnished poop bags and lots of friendly people. We walked along the canel and enjoyed the bridge and the people at the hotel couldn't have been nicer. I would book this hotel again for me and my dog.

Great place to sleep and the prices are fair. Good for me and my Dog.

The restaurant/bar (Bibiana's Lounge & Restaurant) located in the hotel was awesome. We usually never eat in hotels but this food was excellent and very inexpensive. The hotel has a great location near the beach. The "Sand Bar" food and drinks located on the beach was also great!

room had no phone and door lock was broken. we requested another room with a phone and a door without a broken lock,but our requset was denied. also we were promised a full refund after our complaint 2 days after our stay,and we still have not received a refund. please stay away from this one!!!

This hotel was dirty the rooms smell nasty, and UN-maintained. Rude customer service. I will never stay there again.

Location is great. Easy parking for our boat and close to launch ramp! Room was dated and basic, but we were there for the lake...so it was sufficent. Staff was friendly but moved on Bahama time!!!!! SLOW! We called down for an extra pillow, and for towels(we had None) The phone rang about 25 times. After 3 attempts to call they finally answered! One hour later no pillow or towels. I just went downstairs an got them myself. Also, be careful...you do not get the room you request! I asked for 4 rooms top floor lake side and together. They said no problem 3 rooms were parking lot side 2nd floor , none near each other.

We only stayed two nights here but definately plan to go back. This hotel is a modest value but it is located just a short walk from the lake and the canel. It was centrally located near the London Bridge.

I stayed at this hotel over new years weekend and it is by far that best hotel in Lake Havasu. I went to Lake Havasu in November 2005 and stayed at the days inn formally the Havasu inn and it turned out to be one of the worst hotels ever and we ended up getting our money back for all the nights we stayed there. So needless to say I was a little wary to stay at hotels out there and found the Island Inn and it turned out to be the GREATEST hotel I had ever stayed in. There was a problem with the remote to the T. V. when I get into my room and within five minutes they had some one up there with brand new batteries. I ordered pizza and was told the for security reason I had to go down stairs and get the pizza, because they did not want people that were non-guest just roaming around the hotel. I was there with just me and my 8 year old son and felt so safe there. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a luxurious place at a good price. Thanks for reading and have a nice day.

Island Inn is the Best Hotel in town! Aleana is the best! All of the folks are curtious and friendly~! Excellant location -close to the bridge!
