Executive Inn, Chipley

likes wifi, great beds, nice little starter breakfast, clean and good showers. dislikes. rooms were too small.

This motel is not clean at all. We had four rooms and all were in similar conditions. From dirty carpets to bugs to burns and rips in the sheets. Cheap toilet paper and not enough towels. Door knobs and handles loose making it difficult to go in/out the rooms. Daughter got stuck in the bathroom. Rooms were VERY cheap but you're settling for low, unsanitary standards. This is not your best choice in Chipley.

we've been staying here since 2007 and we've never been disappointed. the staff is great. they even remember us by our first and last names even if its 6 months later. rooms are in great shape. No bugs, No mould, No mildew here. sheets are nice and clean. i have to say this - we once asked for towels and the manager got us nice and warm folded towels from the dryer. where do you find service like that unless you r staying in a 5 star hotel. must admit, excellent value for money. very highly recommended.

stayed here one night on our way to Disney in Orlando. the staff is absolutely the best. very courteous and friendly. rooms are just as good as any brand name motel. highly recommended. if u r in chipley, this is where u wanna stay.

What a horrible shock to find out the Executive Inn had NOTHING executive about it!! The bedding was stained and did not fit the bed and the furniture was broken - the drawers didn't fit. The bathroom was stained and old, old, old! And don't take your shoes off and walk barefoot! We were staying on the way to our condo in Destin and wanted to get there early in the morning after the renters checked out. It was late at night and didn't have time or energy to find another place. My husband asked for another bed sheet that was not stained and was given one in the office - no one offered to change the bedding for him. The sheet was a twin sheet for a double bed (they have no fitted sheets), therefore the sheet would not tuck in and was miserable to sleep on. Should have kept driving!!

really enjoyed our stay here. we came for a family re-union and stayed here about a week. we stay here atleast 2 times a year. rooms are in great shape as the new management has remodelled practically everything, from new lcd tvs, to beds, to paint and toilets etc. best of all, the price is very competetive, even during holiday season. highly recommended for person of any age.

The Executive Inn is the cheapest motel on this main drag in Chipley. It's probably primarily used by prisoner's families who need a place to stay while visiting their inmate as well as many "workers" who come to Chipley to do seasonal work. The rooms are decent but as of recent, there have been cockroaches (small) in the rooms, not all rooms have good internet access, old ironing boards that are broken, but the staff is pretty nice and they do remember your name because as previously stated, you have many regulars who return due to the reasons stated above. Near many eateries and stores as well. Would really like to see them (the staff) take a little more pride in the motel; perhaps do a good spring cleaning and wash the drapes and bedspreads. They also need more garbage cans outside and a cleaner ice machine. Economically speaking, it is a cheap motel if that's what you're looking for first and foremost so DO NOT expect any luxuries! It's do-able... just don't walk on the carpet barefoot, pull the spread down before putting your personal belongings on top and wipe down the remote!!

I lOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT, THE STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! THEY ALWAYS REMEMBER ME EVEN IF ITS AYEAR DOWN THE ROAD. THE ROOMS ARE QUITE COMFY AND I ALWAYS FEEL AT HOME

WE ENJOYED THE LCD TVS WITH HBO AND INTERNET THERE WITH FRIENDLY SERVICE,THE MANAGEMENT IS FRIENDLY AND ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN, MORE IMPORTANT WAS THEY ALLOW PETS AS WELL

like the location close to all resturants, like kfc, sonics,waffle house, burger king mexican restaurant, and the chuck wagon. and if u like to play bingo, well hall right down the street. and don't forget mcdonalds close by too. and of course super walmart. very friendly staff. and rooms always clean and neat. lots of parking.
