Morgan Samuels Inn, Canandaigua

The Morgan Samuels Inn is more than you can imagine. It must be seen and experienced! The long, tree-lined driveway welcomed and led us to a home that can be described as a beautiful English mansion surrounded by magnificent gardens and flowers. We were graciously met by the innkeepers and we instantly felt at home. The rooms in this inn are spectacular! I don't know about you, but when I go away overnight, I expect that the accomodations will be far superior to what I already have at home. The Morgan Samuels Inn is just that! Antique furnishings, plush, comfortable beds, and gorgeous views of the landscape are just a few of the things we loved. The breakfast in the morning was WOW! You would normally spend over $30 a person for a "nice" breakfast in hotels near my home, but this breakfast was far superior to any of them. You are welcomed in the morning with coffee and an array of 14 different kinds of fruit followed by your choice of french toast, pancakes, eggs and omelettes---the omelette is highly recommended and different from any other restaurant we've experienced. We have visited this inn several times and are making plans to go again!
