Quality Inn Airport, Orlando

I miss the flight from Orlando Airport. I have to stay in Orlando for one night. I search through internet for hotel stay. I booked this Quality inn. When I arrive at the hotel, I was very well greeted by the front desk. The Room was Clean and Spacious. The Bed was smooth and had covered with new Bed sheet. The Hotel has happy hour for the flight cancelled Guests which was still honored, beer and wine served till late even after the closing hours till 11pm. Everything was made right there by the chef. Small and cozy place with good meals for cancelled and missed flights. They also accepted my food vouchers issued by the airlines, etc. very quick shuttle service was provided at pick up and scheduled drops were made for my convenience after every 30 minutes from early morning 3 am, as we had a 5am flight. I recommend this Hotel to everyone.

booked this place because they offered room and shuttle package, paid about $150 for one night and round trip transportation for 2 people. This hotel is off the beaten path about a mile or more walk to get some food. Outdoor entrances, didn't know this when booked, but not a fan of this type of hotel, Just don't feel safe especially when my lock is broke off. The hotel does have friendly staff, decent breakfast, and free computer access in lobby. When the shuttle (AAA Access Transport) arrived at the hotel they loaded us in then asked for money. When I told them I booked a package with the hotel, they said that they didn't do that. I showed the driver my reservation. The driver still wanted to dispute it. He then made a call and said that they would honor the reservation. The other people that got on the shuttle also had problems. After about 30 minutes of discussion we finally left, We made 2 other stops to pick up people and I asked the driver if we would be making anymore stops before we went to cape canaveral. He said no that was it. We then stopped again and were told to exit the van. We then boarded a bus and transferred our luggage. By the time we arrived at the ship it was almost 2.5 hours since we initialy got in van. (trip is about 45 minutes). I got off the ship and called AAA transport because I couldn't find them. They told me it would be 2 hours before they would be picking me up. I asked if they expected me to stand there for 2 hours waiting, they said yes or I could pay $90 more for a private car to pick me up. I walked over to a mears shuttle and paid them $70 to take me and my wife to the airport. Definately don't use the shuttle associated with this hotel. Book with Mears.

nothing.Worst hotel night I had so far. I had to leave in the middle of the night after my boyfriend and i got bitten by bed bugs. We have bites all over our arms and legs. Slept better in the airport chairs, .and to make things worst we did not get a refund right away. I really hope they give us our money back as they promised.

Stay for 3 days on business and the property was terrific. Shuttle from the airport was convenient and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Nice clean property. Look forward to go back.

The safe in the room was broken so we were given another room and the safe was closed and locked so we felt unsafe to ask staff to open the safe as it might not work properly after being opened and also we felt insecure. So we had to carry all our valuables with us to everywhere we went including the Disney MGM Park and we used the safe at Disney Park instead. The price I paid was good value for money so didn't expect too much of it until it came to breakfast time. I found the breakfast experience very unhygienic, as it was self-service, we noticed on several occasions that some people were handling the food and putting it back. And the most disgusting thing was that some were also sneezing and coughing over the food on display. Sometimes on their hand and then touching the food on display afterwards. This really puts us off our breakfast we did not eat in the hotel although we chose to stay at the Quality Inn which stated includes breakfast so we ended up paying more by having to eat somewhere else. The fruit machine did never work as well. I also though I bit misleading to be charged an extra $1.50 plus tax per day for a room safe that we didn't use but I could not be bother to complain. I also thought the reservation website was misleading on when it mentioned that there was a "complimentary evening cocktail" and we were really looking forward to that but we were told that it only happens on the Fridays. So I though this should have been said on the website as I could have stayed somewhere else instead I thought I was having more value for money staying at the Quality in. The only thing that made us enjoying this hotel experience was the comfortable beds and the quantity and quality of the pillows.

I stayed with Quality Inn on two different occasions, both within a week. The first time we stayed there, we were surprised to find out it was an "outdoor" hotel. When we got to our room, we had asked for a single queen bedroom and they gave us a room with two beds in it. Once we moved again, to my surprise when I had to use the restroom, I found out there was no toliet seat! We finally moved to a room where we settled in for the night at 10:30pm! The second time we stayed there, we received a room with 2 beds again, and we just dealt with it. One of the beds had such a dip in it, we could have used it for a swimming pool! There was a shuttle to/from the airport and they will not take you anywhere to eat...they expect you to order out or walk a mile to get food! They also have a deal with an independent shuttle service to take you to Port Canvernal for $25.00 per person round trip! Just talk to the person at the desk about that shuttle to get that price.

The safe door was broken on it. The keypad that you penched the code in, you couldnt do it because thw whole thing was falling out. The service was good. The rooms were clean and neat. They should really check all the safes in the hotel to make sure that they arent broken.

Location is off the beaten path. It is an older motel, but nice & quiet. Has clean rooms. Room service everyday. The personal were friendly and very helpful. Every morning we had a great continental breakfast. My sister, myself and my daughter were there in November for a week to visit family and do the sightseeing thing. Reasonable priced, and "Yes" we would stay there again. Loved the great sense of humor the people at the front desk had. Helped us find coupons for the attractions we wanted to see

Liked the hotel. STaff was nice.. BUT getting to this location was hard. Most maps do not show the access roads around the toll road to get to this location. The only way into the hotel is on the acces ramp to and off the toll road.

We waited at the airport for over an hour for the shuttle to the hotel - other than that - the rooms were clean/nice.....cont-breakfast was good and we had a smooth shuttle back to the airport.
