Fairfield Inn n Stes by Marriott Liberty, Kansas City

From the moment we were checked in by positive, friendly and helpful staff, we felt positive about our stay. Our room was very clean and the service was superior. Our positive evaluation only got better when I realized that I had left jewelry; called back to the Inn with a description of the jewelry. The next day I got a call that my jewelry had been found and would be sent to me. WOW!! There is still honesty and integrity alive and well at there. I highly recommend this establishment. I'll go back!

There were cockroaches in my room and the rooms of my co-workers. The credit card didn't go through due to them having the wrong number, but they did not call us to let us know, so when we showed up, I did not have the credit card due to it being my bosses. I called my manager and got the number, no big deal, well the next day when my manager gets in, they won't take the card from her, even though she was the one who gave it to them in the first place. Well, after bugs and having house keeping knock on my door four times in one day even thought he don't disturb sign was up, i checked out and left my phone charger and a book. I called immediately and let them know. I called the next day and the person who answered said they had them, and he had seen them. When my co-worker went to pick them up they all of a sudden disapeared. I will never go there again and neither will any of my co-workers who stayed as well.
