NOW BAYSHORE INN AND SUITES_ AVOID!
This Days Inn has been bought and changed to Bayshore Inn and Suites. Do not stay here. It is old and gross. There was a sign saying grand opening, yet the wall paper in our room was being held up in several places by packing tape. We were told that there was free wifi and when we couldnt connect, we called the front desk and were told the reception was "spotty depending on the weather." One could say the same about the TV reception. You can hear the guests in the rooms next to you when they walk or watch TV. Our nightstand was falling apart. The shower was built for a short person. The beds were made with ill-fitting fitted sheets, one top sheet and the comforter. For those people who remove the top layer of hotel beds, that leaves only a sheet. The air conditioner leaks onto the floor in the room, leaving a spongy mess. The "free breakfast" consists of coffee and doughnuts. The walls and carpets are stained. The staff was foreign and hard to understand. The only redeeming quality to this hotel was the pool, which was nice and the price was cheap compared to others in the area. I would put the extra money in and stay somewhere else.
